Q. Are lashes included with my makeup service?
A: Natural lashes are included if interested. By Princess Luxury 100% Mink Lashes may be added to any look for an additional $20 due at the time of appointment.
Q. Will there be a price reduction if I choose not to have lashes added to my look?
A: Natural lashes are added to the look at no additional cost; thus, there is no price reduction should you choose not to have lashes added.
Q. Can you use the foundation that I already own when I book you for a makeup service?
A: Yes, your artist can apply the foundation you currently own and are comfortable with. However, if artist notices that the foundation is not the best match for your skin tone or that it does not work well with the other products provided, one from artist's kit to complete your look.

Q. Can I get a fill-in service for my nails?
A: Fill-in services are offered to regular clients only. For quality purposes, your nail artist will not work over another tech's previous work. Please, book the applicable removal/soak off service along with your desired set.

Q. Do you offer SNS?
A: No, SNS or dip powder nail services are not offered. Our clients typically opt for a traditional acrylic overlay application when switching from SNS. Dip powder is acrylic powder. The main difference is the application process.

Q. Do you offer bridal services/packages?
A. Yes, packages are offered for brides and bridal parties. Please contact us to discuss this service and fees in detail.
Q. Do you travel?
A. While not common for nail services, travel for makeup services may be offered at artist's discretion. Particularly, for special occasions or events. Please see the "Location Fees" section outlined in terms & conditions tab for details. There is a $100 minimum out-of-studio fee for travel services.
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
A. There is no deposit required for in-studio services. However, a nonrefundable deposit of half the total fees of services booked is required to secure out-of-studio appointments and must be paid via invoice. The deposit goes towards the total bill.

Q. What if I book a service and happen to arrive late?
A. If you happen to be running late, please communicate that with us as soon as possible. Regardless, there will be a late fee of $1 per minute. After 15 mins, your appointment may be canceled at artist's discretion.
