How it works!

BOOKING
Please book all services needed. Due to time constraints, you may not be able to add any services at the time of your appointment. Start by selecting your main service, then customize with "add-ons". Next, select desired appointment date and time. The booking calendar opens monthly (i.e. on the 31st of January, the booking calendar for February will be available for online booking.) Regular clients have access to advanced booking. Please, contact your artist for details.

LOCATION
All appointments take place in studio, located in Peachtree Corners, GA inside Phenix Salon Suites. Full address is available upon booking. To request travel to your preferred location, please submit all details (including full address), via the "contact us" tab. Travel is based on artist availability. Out-of-studio rates begin at $100. You will receive an email notification to confirm.

ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, please wait in the lobby. Your artist will meet you and escort you to the studio. There is a strict 15-minute grace period, after which your appointment is immediately cancelled. If expected tardiness is communicated and artist chooses to proceed, a late fee of $1 per minute is incurred.

CONFIRMATION
Once you have read the policies page, completed the booking form and paid your non-refundable deposit (50% of total for out-of-studio services), your appointment is reserved! Yay! You will receive an email and text confirmation with all service and location details. Applicable deposits are applied to your total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. May be paid via card, cash, cashapp or PayPal. Any payments paid in full are final.

CANCELLATIONS
We request that you communicate all cancellations or reschedule requests 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. Any requests beyond this period will require a new deposit (if applicable) to reserve a new appointment, unless otherwise discussed with artist. Deposit is nonrefundable. You may reschedule an existing appointment as needed prior to 1 day before your scheduled appointment. All same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the remaining balance. Any payments paid in final.
